Close Up of LEH

Lower Electronics Housing

Shown above is the lower half of the Ultimate Sled. The design of the sled keeps the center of gravity of the LEH, monitor and battery or batteries in a compact size, the furthest away from the upper camera platform and CG of the gimbal. Keeping the weight in the smallest possible horizontal height has the most efficient effects on balance adjustments and sled performance.

Length of the Ultimate Sleds profile from front of the TB-6 to rear of the battery telescoping battery holder at its smallest foot print is 16.75". You are able to extend your system out and increasing your panning inertia up to 28.0" plus. Having this kind of flexibility allows you to quickly adjust your sleds panning inertia giving you the desired look for your shot. This flexibility is invaluable to experienced operators who know and understand what the effects of panning inertia has on the look of your shot.
