XCS Introduces The Duo
A Universal Digital Frame Line
And Remote Camera Controller
Cameramen,
operators, assistants, and video assist specialists face a lot of
problems. The Duo, a Digital Frame Line and Remote Camera Controller,
eliminates the uncertainty for remote camera and video assist.
This in-line accessory generates multiple frame lines, using an easy-to-view
zebra line, so you can more confidently frame shots. A microprocessor
controlled digital genlock provides precise and rock stable frames
that won't drift. A border function with adjustable intensity, lets
you isolate the live area without using cumbersome masking tape.
The Duo eliminates the guesswork associated with most remote camera
operations. A positional visible footage counter and frame rate indicator
lets the user view all camera functions on any video display. The
Duo also features a camera off speed indicator, low battery warning,
and remote camera on/off control. The data control button allows operator/focus
puller to turn off the visual camera information on the monitor while
it remains active in the background for visual access with the touch
of a button.
